We were honored to be invited, to the premiere at the Centaur Theater Company to Ronnie Burkett’s, The Daisy Theater, on the evening of February 22nd. I had done my reading and was told of who was Ronnie Burkett and The Daisy Theater. I went to the premiere with a clear head and not trying to have any expectations in order to not be disappointed. I am there with business colleagues, the atmosphere is pleasant and the people sitting next and around us very friendly and great exchanges are made before the silk and not a synthetic curtain drops.
The decor of the set, as no high tech lighting or special effect apparatus, until the man himself comes in. Within the first couple of phrases, he charmed the audience (me), he had us engaged and I knew he was the special effect and more.
